    Regional morning report for Sydney, 6.20am Saturday 31st October:    There's a mix of SE/NE wind swell ranging from waist to thigh and a bit bigger on sets on open beaches. Onshore ENE wind conditions and all over the shop with stormy weather forecast to turn WNW to NW gusty winds as low pressure moves off the land and out to sea. High tides at 9am. Rest of the Day Outlook: The 1 - 2ft ENE swell will increase in the afternoon to 2 - 3ft ENE swell. Low tide at 3pm. Conditions are changing with the weather and winds turning WNW to NW with possible late SE wind change. Make the most of it.
