Noosa Bar Surf Report

Outlook Info

A minor increase in south swell holds potential for some slow 2ft at south-exposed breaks, wrapping at anywhere from 1 to 2ft or less elsewhere, with size depending on exposure. It's well worth making the most of early light WSW to WNW 5 to 10 knots, before they swing ENE and freshening to 10 to 15 knots during the afternoon.

Get out early for the best conditions today with the brief lighter northwest breezes before the forecasted strong winds take hold and expected strong northeast onshore winds take effect and increases throughout the morning up to 30knots. Winds are predicted to ease throughout the afternoon and even swing southeast late in the arvo/evening. Plenty of sweep and left handers on offer with the northeast swell direction. Fun sized 2-3 ft rides on the northern beaches with waves really close together like 8 seconds or less apart. Enjoy.
