Torquay Regional Morning Report: 7.00am Tuesday, 1 December: There's plenty of small lined wrapping in around the waist to cheat high range along the south-facing beaches this morning, and it's clean beneath offshore northerly winds. It's looking a bit straight with the tide running out to a 7.19am low, but it's better than naught.
Rest of Day Outlook: SW swell continues to pulse at similar levels throughout the day, but conditions will soon deteriorate as winds swing to the west and then WSW up to 20-30 knots during the day, so it'll worth making the most of what's on offer this morning. High tide is at 1.00pm. Have a great day.
