Perth Regional Morning Report (6:43am, Wed 25 Nov): A bumpy mix of new SW swell is on the rise today. Conditions are trying to settle out from yesterday onshores, with wind dropping out light and tending SSE early. However, the swell is crossed with short period waves and residual texture, making for crumbly and shifty surf. Still there are more waves coming through so swell is picking up, and expected to rise through the day. Tide is going out to midday low at 11:56am then building high tonight at 807pm
Rest of Day Outlook: A building new SW groundswell will move in and rise up sets. Morning winds are ok but the short period SW windswell is wobbly and wonky. The improving groundswell will kick in later for added size. However, conditions will start to get effected by a wind shifting back onshore for added texture. Plus a midday low tide.
