    Summary
The short to mid-term outlook continues to hold little inspiration for surfers across the region. A weaker Southern Ocean storm-track, coupled with a delayed onset of the 2019 monsoon is translating into a pretty ordinary outlook - both for southern Queensland and northern NSW coasts all week.

That means we can look forward to a cacophony of small-scale windswells underpinned by low-levels of mid-period south swell; the former varying from SE/ESE (on Tuesday), to more generally close range NNE wind-chop, supported by a localised and persistent northerly flow extending from a high pressure system moving over the southern Tasman Sea this week. As mentioned last week, that looks like translating into successive days of tiny, weak windswell; mostly ranging from 0.5 to 1ft+ over the next few days, before we start to see a minor uptick in ENE windswell into Friday and the weekend.
