With five special QnA screenings with Nathan and Hollywood director Michael Oblowitz from this Sunday

Well would you have a look at the trailer for this mind bending epic new documentary about Nathan Fletcher?!

It's called Heavy Water and it comes from Michael Oblowitz, (the man behind the critically acclaimed and controversial for-legal-reasons-can-no-longer-be seen surf documentary Sea of Darkness) and follows cult surf figure and heavy wave icon Nathan Fletcher's relationship to heavy waves and his pursuit of air dropping madness.

The great news is that not only is this movie going to be available to see as it should be – on the big screen in a cinema near you across the country (from June 26) – there will also be five special QnA screenings with Nathan and director Oblowitz along the East Coast of Australia from this Sunday June 9.

Can't wait.

Dates and locations for the special screenings:

Gold Coast
Event Cinemas Pacific Fair – June 9

Brisbane
Event Cinemas Brisbane City Myer Centre – June 10

Sydney
Event Cinemas George Street – June 11

Miranda
Event Cinemas Miranda – June 12

Melbourne
The Jam Factory – June 14

Buy tickets to any of the special QnA screenings and find out more info of wider release screenings across the country right here.
