Wave of The Week
Presented by Nikon

These here were the most viewed Wave of The Week entries of the last 12 months, pure stats, stoke and web user enthusiasm brought them into this column. Some of our other favourite clips of 2013 like Josh Kerr's ridiculous double barrel at Kirra, Brent Dorrington's Kirra shack from the week before, Shaun Green's stylish double in Sumbawa, or Ellis Ericson's Cape St. Francis-like runner are worhy of checking out too. However, there's no denying our no.1 most viewed Wave of The Week for 2013 is a a belter of a clip, and deserving of the top spot.

5. Mitch Parkinson, Kirra - March 7, 2013

Just after they finished the quarter-finals of the Roxy Pro at Kirra this year, they called off the Quiksilver Pro for the day, so Mitch Parkinson went out for a leisurely paddle around the famous point with his cousin Joel and scored this. Filmed by John Wiley.

4. A NoKanduis Drainer – Mentawai Islands, Indonesia

"I did come out of this one when the wave spits you have to trust me…haha. Cheers in the channel help my claim," says George the man in the pit. And we do believe him, why not? Either way, what a wave. Filmed by Phil/Pitstop Hill in July.

3. Sandon Whittaker - North Avalon, NSW

13-year-old Avoca grom Sandon Whittaker got one of the best barrels of his life at a pumping North Avalon in April. Stoked! Filmed by former World Champ Barton Lynch.

And the most popular Wave of The Week was this ridiculous tube ridden by Taj Burrow at North Point in January. Filmed by Kane Overall.
